Children's Church happens during the adult worship service Sunday's at 10:15 am. For kids age 3 to those who are in 6th grade. Children's Church is a fun and active time where kids learn about Jesus!

A note of thanks!
When I first arrived to be the Pastor here at UBC this stained glass window was in bad shape. The wood frame was rotting and it looked like the window could fall out any day. The Church started a project that gave us concern as the price seemed to go up. We prayed as a Church and the Lord provided! He provided through many people who gave financially and we want to say a very BIG thank you to all who gave!
Like the stain glass window a lot of our lives seems to be falling apart all around us. Right now I am in that place. Our church is also walking through feeling like we are falling apart at times, but God is rebuilding our lives and He continues to rebuild our local church. As it took time for the window to get restored it takes time for life to get restored! It’s exciting to see that yes we have a lot of work to do, but we are restoring the church, not just the building but restoring the people of the church. Little by little more people are coming. Little by little we are doing more ministry. Little by little we are doing outreach! We had our first Vacation Bible School and started Children’s Church. Little by little we at UBC are coming alive!
As a church let’s not stop before the miracle happen! Together walking in step with God, we can and will continue to grow!
Thank you again for everyone who has given to restore our window and thank you for all those who are working hard to build Gods family here in Scranton!
